Your air-conditioned non smoking self contained apartment (1 only) is furnished with quality furniture, luxurious beds and pure cotton bed linen.

We only take one booking for the apartment so you will have the apartment to yourselves.

When you're not gazing out over the golf course enjoy the original artwork that graces the walls in each room or blob in front of your digital TV and DVD.

In the apartment entry hall, you have your own personal information station with brochures of some of the many visitor attractions within our district. You even have your own broadband internet station or can use your laptop with our wireless connection.

Your kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, full size oven and fridge with icemaker. There will be home baked afternoon tea ready for you on arrival and if you are staying for more than 1 night, you'll find a complementary bottle of New Zealand wine in your fridge.

Your pantry is stocked with home made marmalade and jam, teas, ground coffee and cereals for breakfast and your fridge with youghurt, fruit juices and milk. Fresh home baked bread and seasonal fruit will be provided for breakfast for your first morning.

Please let us know if you have any special dietry requirements.

Gas heating, electric blankets, and goose down duvets ensure you won't be cold when you stay with us.

Rotorua is full of good quality cafes and restaurants and we're known as a city of good coffee. If you need advice about where to eat, just ask.

If you're not sure about what to do in Rotorua, we can provide advice and background information. Julie is a guide at the Bath House, Rotorua Museum of Art and History.

If you like to mountain bike or walk, we can offer expert advice on our local walking and mountain biking tracks; and after your busy day sightseeing or experiencing nature, relax under the shade sail on your deck or cook a barbeque dinner.

We love having visitors and are happy for you to use our under the stars spa.

Your car is safely stored away from the road and we have room to lock away your precious mountain bikes.
